+ Payment is upfront and final! no extra fees for complex designs.+ When ordering, PLEASE put your username somewhere in the transaction (ie, discord username, toyhouse, insta, etc...)+ DO NOT remove my watermark, I do not give out unwatermarked images. I can however, make it less noticeable or move it around if you want.+ I hold the right to refuse service if I feel uncomfy with the user or commission.+ I am able to use the art drawn for personal use (ie, portfolio, etc...) even if you private your account, however I can do private work if asked for!+ I may or may not draw your commission on stream/live, if you do not want this please tell me beforehand! I can very well keep it under wrap if requested.+ You may use my art for commercial work (i.e., stickers, pins, etc...), HOWEVER please ask about this beforehand! If I find that you did so without permission, I will put you on my blacklist and prevent you from ordering further work from me.+ You can ask for updates, however after the sketch phase I do not really give out updates as my workflow requires me to finish it all in one go!+ I can do small design changes especially for missing items or markings, but if it is too much of a change, I will not do it.+ Please do note that I do have a life outside of this, so things might take anywhere from a few days to many months! Please be patient and do not rush me! + I do not do refunds as it screws me over and can cause delays as it makes me burnout easily! I can however do an art voucher for the amount you have paid for either asap or for later, and will put you as priority.+ Changes to characters are free of charge as long as the commission is in the SKETCH stage. After that, changes to characters will not be accepted.+ Holds on slots are okay, but please notify me asap! I will put you on the list, and reopen the slot for others that can pay asap, however, you will still be able to order at your convenience.+ Those who tip or those who frequently come back will ALWAYS get an extra from me! It can range from discounts to extra art! <3+ I do keep a backup of everything, so if you lost my art, please do let me know! I will try and find it asap!+ None of my works will be used in ANY sort of NFT/Crypto use, this will incur in an automatic ban, blacklist, and a recall of any and all artwork that I have made for you immediately.+ I have the right to resell work you have rejected, not paid for and/or payment chargebacked or refunded.
